Today, for your consideration - a left handed Trussart SteelDeville! It is with tremendous gratitude that we offer this guitar today. It comes with a bit of a tale worth telling.
In September of 2025, we purchased this guitar from the original owner. The guitar was shipped to us, and never arrived. Just this last week the guitar was brought back to the original owner, somehow with the original label sheared off of the box. They reboxed the guitar and labeled her right back up (this time with two labels!) and she’s here with Guitarmony safe and sound. The coolest part about it is that when we opened the case, the guitar had never fallen out of tune.
A steel body guitar is a rather interesting concept. You get stability that isn’t found with wood. You get resonance and overtones that are proprietary to steel. This guitar is one of the most interesting sounding things that we’ve played, and are very impressed with the build quality. It is in the same condition as the day it left the factory, in the original case, with the factory spec sheet and warranty card. Even made out of steel, the guitar weighs just 9 pounds 1 ounce.
